Tuition & Estimated Expenses for the VIR program during the 2016/2017 academic year are below. The The figures below are listed per semester. Students staying for an entire academic year should plan accordingly.

*Tuition shown is for 2016-2017 academic year. Tuition costs for the next academic year are established in February and may rise at that time.

Accepted researchers will be responsible for all living and education expenses, including food, housing, books and supplies, transportation, and personal expenses.

In order for the University to process the forms necessary for the J-1 (visiting scholar) visa, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Department of State require that we ensure all potential exchange visitors have sufficient funding for their time of stay in the United States. The minimum amount required to prove sufficient funding is $2,500 USD a month for the duration of your stay.
